Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Solutions Engineer will manage all technical aspects of pre-sale customer engagement, including technology evaluations and engineering site assessments. This role acts as a key advisor to help customers deploy electric vehicle charging infrastructure and develops responses for RFPs and tenders. The position requires a self-motivated individual to provide technical consulting and product training while aligning customer needs with product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage technology evaluations and customer engagements.
• Perform engineering site or architecture assessments and develop deployment recommendations.
• Develop RFP and tender responses and provide product training.
• Act as a technical consultant to understand customer needs and align product development.
• Provide engineering recommendations for software feature usage, API implementations, and system integrations.
• Maintain knowledge of local electrical installation codes and EVSE standards.
