Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

Pigment is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to design and implement infrastructure that supports high-performance, real-time business planning. You will work within an SRE team to ensure scalability, high availability, and observability while contributing directly to software development activities. The role requires a balance of infrastructure expertise and hands-on coding to drive improvements across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and build scalable infrastructure to meet performance challenges and automate processes.
• Ensure high availability and redundancy of the platform.
• Monitor platform performance and correctness while promoting observability best practices.
• Participate in incident response and support geographical expansion.
• Collaborate with the security team on infrastructure and development pipeline security.
• Contribute to software development activities and collaborate closely with software engineers.
