About the role
The Division Director will take strategic and economic responsibility for the arveo services division, driving its future growth and market expansion. This role involves managing budgets, leading business units, and fostering a team of approximately 20 employees while identifying new market opportunities in document management and workflow solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key representative for the company, building relationships with partners and customers to shape the service portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue, budget, and operational controlling for assigned business units.
- Provide leadership and professional guidance to Heads of Business Unit and sales/business development teams.
- Develop and implement a clear future strategy and growth plan for the division.
- Foster team development, motivation, and professional growth for approximately 20 employees.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market analysis and partner collaboration.
- Represent the division internally and externally to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
