About the role

The Division Director will take full strategic and economic responsibility for the arveo services division, driving its growth and market expansion. This role involves leading a team of approximately 20 employees, managing budgets, and developing innovative service offerings in the areas of document management and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will act as an inspiring leader who identifies market trends and fosters strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue, budget, and operational controlling for the division's business units.
• Provide leadership and professional guidance to Heads of Business Unit and sales teams.
• Develop and implement a clear vision and sustainable growth strategy for the division.
• Drive business development and identify new market opportunities through close collaboration with partners and customers.
• Represent arveo services internally and externally to build and maintain professional networks.
• Foster team development and create a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
