About the role
As a Delivery Manager at REMATIQ, you will independently drive customer projects from problem framing to successful delivery. You will collaborate with leadership, engineers, and domain experts to turn complex customer needs into high-quality AI-powered workflows. This is a hands-on project ownership role focused on managing customer interactions and deploying AI agents in mission-critical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own customer delivery workstreams by structuring ambiguous problems, defining workplans, and managing risks.
- Lead customer interactions to understand goals, workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
- Work hands-on with the AI platform to deploy agents in mission-critical workflows.
- Frame complex issues clearly and turn ambiguity into actionable decisions.
- Produce high-quality project plans, meeting materials, and workflow documentation.
- Become fluent in the REMATIQ product to demo, teach, and support customers after rollout.
