About the role

The IT Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to operate and evolve their Linux-based IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for system architecture, optimizing complex environments, and integrating modern container and orchestration solutions. You will work closely with development teams to drive the quality and future-readiness of the IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build and further develop a sustainable target architecture and implement technical solutions.
• Operate, administer, and maintain the infrastructure, including providing consulting and support for development teams.
• Conduct evaluations and proof of concepts, and integrate new systems and technologies into the existing infrastructure.
• Create and review concepts, decision papers, and documentation.
• Continuously drive infrastructure quality and technical development.
• Plan technical tasks and communicate progress transparently.
