About the role

The Data & Automation team supports various departments within the OMR ecosystem, including Sales & Partnerships, by managing data and optimizing processes. You will analyze data, automate workflows, and help develop strategic planning to improve sales activities. This role is ideal for an analytical student who enjoys consolidating data and identifying actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate existing workflows and gain insights from data
• Support the creation, preparation, and development of Sales & Partnerships strategies and annual planning
• Analyze strategic partner goals and identify potential opportunities within the OMR ecosystem
• Analyze diverse data sources including CRM data and market research to improve sales activities
• Research potential new industries, sectors, and contacts
• Improve data quality, link data across the OMR ecosystem, and prepare dashboards and presentations
• Research and evaluate the existing tool stack and market-leading tools
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Partnerships team and other departments
