About the role
Tessl is building the context layer for AI coding agents and a platform for AI-native software development. As a Software Engineer, you will join the engineering team to build real-time AI-native workflows, tooling, and interfaces that reshape how developers create and maintain software. You will be a versatile and independent contributor working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new functionality in collaboration with the product team
- Develop proof of concepts to showcase innovative ideas
- Rapidly prototype new language integrations for code generation pipelines
- Collaborate with designers to refine UI and CLI interactions
- Integrate third-party services to support core capabilities
- Plan architecture to support platform-wide collaboration
- Establish end-to-end testing strategies for production deployments
- Share technical vision for new product capabilities with the engineering team
