The Solution Architect for Enterprise Modernization in Europe is a senior subject matter expert responsible for technical excellence, solution integrity, and capability development. This hands-on role leads high-impact client engagements, contributes to pre-sales and solution design, and ensures the regional adoption of delivery frameworks and best practices. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal teams, focusing on modernization strategies for large legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance on Enterprise Systems Modernization.
• Supports delivery teams in solving complex client problems.
• Contributes to solution design, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
• Develops and refines service accelerators and reference architectures.
• Mentors engineers and architects within the service domain.
• Acts as a bridge between delivery teams and global service development.
• Measures success by technical quality, asset adoption, and talent uplift.
