Chief of Staff

About the role

Doctorflix is a VC-funded startup building a leading digital platform for medical education in the DACH region. As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founders to transform strategy into scalable systems, professionalize operations, and lead strategic projects including M&A and international expansion. This role focuses on building robust processes, implementing AI-native workflows, and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and rebuild core business processes to ensure scalability and clear ownership.
• Establish an operating rhythm including OKR processes, KPI reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Professionalize the organization by defining roles, responsibilities, and optimizing the tool stack.
• Lead the AI-native agenda by identifying, automating, and measuring high-leverage workflows using LLMs and low-code tools.
• Manage M&A activities from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and the preparation of board materials.

Qualifications
