About the role
As a Technical Product Owner at NetBird, you will serve as the primary link between users and the engineering team, managing the core platform's backlog and development cycles. You will translate customer and community feedback into well-scoped technical requirements while working closely with the CTO to shape product processes in a fast-moving environment. This role requires deep technical engagement, including reproducing issues and collaborating with engineers on implementation details.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day backlog in Linear.
- Triage incoming issues, write clear tickets with context and acceptance criteria and keep priorities current.
- Build a system for collecting feedback from customers, GitHub, community channels, support and sales, and turn it into actionable problems.
- Talk to users and customers directly to understand their setups and the problems behind requests.
- Plan regular cycles with engineering, break features into shippable pieces, and follow them through to release.
- Keep the company informed on shipping updates, release notes, and changelogs.
- Close the loop with feedback providers and identify patterns to inform roadmap discussions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role at a technical B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or developer tools company.
