Founding Product Builder, Operations

About the role

Odin is seeking a Founding Product Builder to automate and optimize operational workflows within their private markets investment platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for operational challenges, deciding whether to scope them for engineering or build the solutions yourself using AI tools. The role focuses on increasing operational efficiency and scaling the business from hundreds to thousands of deals annually.

Responsibilities

• Triage operational problems and determine whether to scope them for engineering or build solutions independently
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce the cost per deal
• Automate manual workflows by building software solutions using AI tools
• Lead the core deal operations team while rebuilding operational processes
• Evaluate existing processes to determine if they should be maintained, rebuilt, or eliminated
