Senior Product Manager

About the role

Tremendous is seeking multiple Senior Product Managers to join small, cross-functional squads that own specific business areas. You will be responsible for defining roadmaps, conducting user research, and partnering with design and engineering to ship high-impact web applications. This role requires a strong focus on asynchronous communication and documentation within a high-growth, profitable environment.

Responsibilities

• Own your team's roadmap and work with stakeholders to determine build priorities.
• Conduct user interviews, market analysis, and data research to inform product decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze customer feedback, sales data, and competitor research.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to refine UX and manage project scope.
• Drive decision-making processes while maintaining team alignment and buy-in.
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of shipped features to the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies
