About the role

This role is a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship designed for a recent college leaver to join the team and build smarter chatbot experiences. The apprentice will work alongside the team to bridge the gap between back-end data and customer-facing bots.

Responsibilities

  • Building Chatbot Flows: Help design, test, and tweak chatbot journeys to ensure customers get answers quickly.
  • Plugging In Data: Learn how to set up webhooks and APIs to pull live data into bot conversations.
  • Tracking What Works: Analyze conversation logs, drop-off rates, and performance data to identify and fix issues.
  • Keeping Things Running: Monitor the platform to ensure flows work smoothly and data connections remain healthy.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with data leads and customer teams to turn ideas into automated bot interactions.
