Staff Product Engineer

About the role

As a Staff Product Engineer, you will work directly with strategic enterprise customers to build software that enables their AI agents to function in production. You will act as the technical lead for customer accounts, owning the architecture and implementation of custom integrations and capabilities that extend the core Parloa platform. This role requires balancing long-term account management with rapid prototyping of new ideas in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and manage multiple workstreams with enterprise customers.
• Build custom integrations, state management, and data orchestration layers that fall outside the core platform capabilities.
• Ensure production readiness, observability, and security compliance for enterprise-scale traffic.
• Drive account growth by identifying new use cases and contributing successful custom builds back into the core product.
• Mentor other Product Engineers and participate in the hiring process.
• Represent Parloa's technical capabilities to senior customer stakeholders and architects.
