Platform Reliability & Salesforce Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and autonomous engineer to take full ownership of our platform's health, governance, and evolution. You will be accountable for the end-to-end, customer-outcome reliability of production while managing our current Salesforce environments. This role requires a forward-thinking engineer with a broad technical mindset who is highly adaptable and capable of applying monitoring and development skills across diverse systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain production and sandbox environments, including access control, storage, and SSO configuration.
• Track seasonal releases, perform impact analyses, evaluate deprecations, and ensure continuous platform compliance.
• Lead and coordinate security audits and serve as the direct technical contact for support.
• Drive initiatives to implement proactive monitoring tools and processes to detect and resolve incidents.
• Contribute technical expertise during incident resolution and participate in the postmortem-to-prevention loop.
• Validate system resilience through disaster recovery drills and failover tests.
• Maintain and optimize release management scripts and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, combining advanced administration with hands-on development
