AI Automation Intern, Communications

About the role

Prosus is seeking a hands-on AI intern to join the Group Communications team to help improve how the team uses AI tools and data. You will be responsible for setting up media monitoring platforms, building a shared stakeholder CRM, and tracking communications metrics to provide insights for senior leadership. This role offers direct exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to build practical workflows that enhance team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess, set up, and configure a media monitoring platform using AI for tagging, sentiment analysis, and summaries.
• Design and build a shared CRM for contacts, partners, and events while ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Define core communications KPIs and build a dashboard to pull data from monitoring, social, and CRM sources.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to save the team time.
• Produce regular media summaries and flag emerging issues or opportunities to the team.
