Salesforce Lead - Agentforce

About the role

The Salesforce Lead will own the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Salesforce ecosystem, supporting both Enterprise and consumer environments. This senior, hands-on role involves line-managing a team of Salesforce Administrators and serving as the primary technical expert for Agentforce deployment and broader architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive scalable tooling solutions that enhance customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and line-manage a team of Salesforce Administrators.
• Own the strategic direction and operational health of Enterprise and consumer Salesforce environments.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on Agentforce, owning its maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement.
• Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce-native tooling.
• Own and scale Service Cloud, Experience Cloud portals and integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Manage release cycles, CI/CD processes and the development backlog in JIRA.
• Define platform governance, best practices and data protection policies.
• Lead AI initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
