Lead Product Designer

About the role

Street Group is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the user experience of Cortex, an agentic AI product suite. You will define design patterns for this emerging category, working strategically alongside product and engineering teams to build trust and transparency in AI-driven workflows. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to prototype, test, and iterate at pace.

Responsibilities

• Shape the UX of agentic AI across the Street and Spectre product suites.
• Define design patterns for the new agentic AI product category.
• Set the craft bar through high-quality design output.
• Prototype, test, and ship at pace by getting working prototypes in front of real agents.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive product direction and strategy.
