Senior Product Manager, AI and Endpoint

About the role

Teramind is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Teramind Endpoint Agent and its associated AI Usage Control capabilities. You will lead the roadmap and strategy for this critical technical platform, balancing customer requirements with performance and security needs. This role requires deep technical judgment to translate business vision into engineering reality while managing the agent's lifecycle across multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Lead the development of endpoint-based AI Usage Control to detect and monitor local AI activity.
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Define and track product KPIs including adoption, deployment success, and performance metrics.
• Manage relationships with ecosystem partners including OS vendors and security software providers.
• Ensure the agent remains resilient, performant, and invisible to end users in enterprise environments.
