Product Manager, Healthcare

About the role

Withings is looking for a Product Manager to contribute to the development of healthcare products and services, focusing on Remote Patient Monitoring, chronic disease management, and digital care pathways. The role involves understanding the needs of patients and healthcare professionals to design intuitive solutions and define product vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will leverage generative AI tools to accelerate product development and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of patients, doctors, and care teams to transform them into simple and effective solutions.
• Design new healthcare features, particularly around Remote Patient Monitoring and chronic disease tracking.
• Develop tools for healthcare professionals to better utilize Withings data and improve patient follow-up quality.
• Create patient journeys that promote engagement, therapeutic education, and healthy behavior adoption.
• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Medical, Data, and Business teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the usage and impact of developed features.
• Study the market and digital health trends to identify new opportunities.
• Rapidly transform ideas into prototypes to validate with users before development.
