About the role

As a Sales Manager, you will act as the primary contact for private homeowners, guiding them through the entire digital sales cycle from initial consultation to contract signing. You will work with pre-qualified leads to design intelligent energy solutions that provide economic and ecological value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze individual customer requirements and develop tailored energy solutions
• Conduct sales consultations via video conferencing tools
• Manage the entire sales cycle including lead follow-up, offer creation, and contract closing
• Explain complex technical energy systems to customers in an understandable way
• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline to ensure consistent results
