Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager will lead the Quantum Networking & Security Operations team in ensuring reliable production planning and material availability. This role involves optimizing ERP/MRP processes across multiple manufacturing sites and driving standardization across the division. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to support the company's mission in quantum computing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate sales forecasts for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
• Translate customer demand into capacity and material plans across sites.
• Lead demand and supply reviews to identify gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Procurement to manage material availability, lead times, and supply risks.
• Define and optimize inventory targets and policies to balance service levels with working capital.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of demand planning and warehouse specialists.
• Act as a subject matter expert for MRP/ERP systems and drive configuration improvements.
