Senior SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect

About the role

The Senior SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect will support a global HR technology transformation and transition program. This role focuses on HR application architecture, integration design, and technical governance within an international enterprise environment. The architect will lead design efforts and ensure technical standards are met across complex SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture
• Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team
• Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
• Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologies
• Define architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governance
• Support security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR requirements
• Support audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution and go-live preparation
• Take over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization and ongoing technical ownership
