About the role

The SAP HCM Key User will support the migration from SAP HCM ERP to S/4HANA. This role involves data validation, migration testing, and acting as a key user for system changes and user support post-migration.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of SAP HCM ERP to S/4HANA including data cleansing and mapping
• Prepare and execute migration tests and validate data integrity
• Document and track errors throughout the migration and go-live process
• Act as a key user for system changes and support packages
• Provide support and training to HR system users and create reports
