About the role

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will design secure SAP environments and lead audit and consulting projects involving modern technologies like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP. You will be responsible for advising clients on security and authorization questions, improving workflows with generative AI, and conducting workshops on HR processes. This role offers the opportunity to take on responsibility and drive innovation within a pioneering SAP security environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on security and authorization questions within SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP HCM
• Utilize security tools such as SAP Access Control, SAP IAG, One Identity Manager, and Pathlock
• Improve products and workflows using generative AI
• Lead audit and consulting projects for clients
• Conduct internal and external workshops on HR process security and authorizations
