Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR DACH)

About the role

Vivid is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to build the outbound engine for the DACH market from scratch. Working alongside the Founding Account Executive, you will be responsible for architecting outreach strategies, generating high-volume pipeline, and establishing the prospecting playbook for future hires. This role requires a builder mindset to define the top-of-funnel blueprint while leveraging AI-native tools to optimize outreach efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and test cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMB decision-makers.
• Experiment with outreach strategies for secondary personas, including holding companies, VC/PE portfolio managers, and corporate service providers.
• Own top-of-funnel growth by sourcing, qualifying, and booking high-intent discovery meetings.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to document frameworks, templates, and best practices for future SDR hires.
• Select, implement, and optimize the AI-native prospecting stack to automate research and messaging.
• Gather market feedback from prospect interactions to refine product positioning and GTM messaging.

Qualifications
