Working Student Customer Success

About the role

DocuWare is seeking a working student to join the Customer Success team to assist with system maintenance, CRM updates, and customer outreach. The role involves ensuring accurate customer data, supporting cancellation outreach, and contributing to CRM optimization projects. This position offers the opportunity to work within an innovative company focused on digitizing everyday work processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data.
• Take on improvement projects surrounding CRM optimization from the perspective of Customer Success.
• Support the team in handling cancellation outreach to understand customer experience and document feedback.
• Perform customer outreach as needed under the direction of the Team Lead.
