Responsibilities

• Develop modern software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Work hands-on across the full stack with a focus on backend or frontend based on personal preference.
• Take responsibility for the entire development process while making pragmatic decisions regarding quality and risk.
• Utilize Clean Code, automated testing, code reviews, and pair programming as standard daily practices.
• Integrate AI tools and coding agents to improve development efficiency.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
