Full Stack Developer

About the role

fairforce is a LegalTech pioneer digitizing legal services for consumers and global brands. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to enhance our deployment frequency and architecture with a hands-on approach. You will take end-to-end responsibility for features from concept to rollout while focusing on code quality and AI-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead with code reviews and test automation to ensure efficient and secure ticket merging.
• Optimize complex database queries and manage data structures within our MariaDB environment.
• Manage features from initial concept through to final rollout.
• Optimize prompts for extracting information from unstructured legal documents and implement validation guardrails.
• Develop logic to derive actionable insights and automated tasks from extracted data.
• Integrate modern AI tools into the software development lifecycle to maximize development speed.
