About the role

As an AI Software Development Consultant, you will develop AI-powered software that automates manual tasks and integrates into existing client processes. You will combine AI technology with sound software engineering principles to create reliable, scalable solutions that meet client requirements for security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Integrate LLMs into software solutions, design prompts and guardrails, and ensure reliable application performance
• Develop on-premises AI solutions that meet client requirements for data protection, security, and system compatibility
• Develop and test robust backends, microservices, and APIs
• Establish clean code principles and conduct code and architecture reviews
• Improve workflows and introduce automated testing and CI/CD processes
• Support complex development projects through every phase and share expertise through workshops and coaching

Qualifications
