About the role
The Sales Engineer, Banking will serve as a technically credible and commercially aware member of the EMEA SE team, managing the full technical sales cycle for banking opportunities across Western and Central Europe. This role involves deep engagement with treasury operations, custody technologists, and risk committees to position Fireblocks' digital asset infrastructure within institutional banking environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical qualification for banking opportunities and distinguish genuine digital asset programs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences across custody, settlement, and compliance use cases.
- Scope, design, and deliver Proofs of Concept in bank environments, including navigating infosec reviews and API integration testing.
- Produce and own RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses while maintaining accuracy against security and compliance attestations.
- Translate institutional banking requirements into Fireblocks solution architectures and engage with bank technology teams on integration patterns.

Qualifications

- Track record of scoping and delivering PoCs or technical pilots in bank environments
