Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a forward deployed engineer, you will sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customers to guide deployments and support adoption of our systems engineering tools. You will help hardware teams reinvent their development processes by understanding their workflows and providing tailored technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hardware engineering who enjoys solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win by managing custom demos and trial or proof-of-concept execution.
• Map customer workflows to identify pain points and showcase tailored solutions.
• Run technical enablement sessions through workshops, training, and joint solutions sessions.
• Act as a link between customers and the internal engineering team to shape the product roadmap.
• Build the go-to-market foundation by defining activation methodology and creating technical playbooks and implementation guides.
