About the role

Skinbro is looking for a Junior Copywriter to join their performance marketing team in Hamburg. You will learn to create direct-response advertising by analyzing customer feedback, writing video scripts, and crafting ad copy for Meta and email campaigns. This role offers a structured learning path in e-commerce marketing with direct mentorship from the founders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer reviews, comments, and surveys to identify key messaging
• Write video ad scripts, initially with guidance and later independently
• Create and test ad copy and headlines for Meta
• Contribute to product pages, landing pages, and email content
• Review performance results weekly to iterate and improve campaigns
