About the role

The QA Engineer will join the Product QA function to take ownership of testing across the product portfolio and customer specifications. This role involves a mix of manual testing execution and hands-on automation work, moving flexibly between platform and customer configuration tasks. The successful candidate will ensure thorough coverage before releases reach production while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute both manual and automated test cases across the product suite and customer specifications.
  • Write clear, detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Test new and updated customer configurations to validate they meet requirements and behave correctly.
  • Write and maintain automated tests within the established framework and standards.
  • Identify, document, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments.
  • Execute regression test suites ahead of releases to catch unintended side effects.
  • Support QA touch points across discovery, delivery, and optimisation phases.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and solutions teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations.
