QA Lead

About the role

Foundation Health is seeking a hands-on QA Lead to establish and scale the quality assurance function for their AI-native pharmacy operating system in the UK. You will define testing strategies for agentic workflows and LLM-based features while collaborating with the US team to ensure consistent standards. This role requires a blend of strategic process building and direct, hands-on testing using modern automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build out the QA function including strategy, process, tooling, and standards
• Own the testing approach for AI-led features, including agentic workflows and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Write automation using Playwright and TypeScript
• Perform manual testing, regression, and UAT as required
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle
• Hire and mentor the growing QA team
