Senior Risk Management Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Risk Management Specialist, you will help scale and develop the risk management framework for a growing Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. You will work closely with the Head of Risk to manage operational and non-financial risks while contributing to financial risk topics like ICAAP and ILAAP. This role involves collaborating across departments to turn regulatory requirements into practical, tech-enabled solutions that support scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the identification, assessment, and documentation of risks across key domains.
• Drive risk assessments, control testing, and issue remediation tracking across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.
• Maintain and improve the internal control framework, risk register, and operational risk procedures.
• Contribute to risk topics including operational, non-financial, financial, ICAAP, ILAAP, third-party, and security-related assessments.
• Draft business and technical requirements for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with auditors and supervisory stakeholders on evidence gathering, incident analysis, and root-cause identification.
