About the role

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead complex customer, IT outsourcing, and transition projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This role involves active project controlling, resource management, and stakeholder communication at the C-level. The position requires a proactive approach to risk and escalation management within a high-security IT infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer, IT outsourcing, and transition projects from planning to completion.
• Perform comprehensive project planning including resource, milestone, and stakeholder management.
• Create realistic and holistic project plans.
• Communicate transparently and report to C-level stakeholders.
• Lead management meetings and perform effective escalation management during critical project phases.
