About the role

The Strategic Project Lead - Legal will manage strategic legal pilots and research projects for legal AI model training and evaluation. This role bridges customer objectives with legal expertise and global delivery capabilities, overseeing projects from initial scoping through to operationalization. The lead will establish workflows, quality standards, and operational blueprints to scale successful legal AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run strategic legal pilots and research projects for legal AI model training and evaluation.
• Define standards for legal quality, feasibility, and cost for emerging use cases.
• Establish workflows, expert requirements, and operational blueprints for legal programs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and customers.
• Ensure appropriate consideration for privilege, confidentiality, and jurisdictional requirements in data usage.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree
