About the role

WunderGraph is a fast-growing startup building a platform for end-to-end digital product development. We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to own full-cycle hiring processes across engineering and non-engineering teams while building a talent community around our open-source developer ecosystem. This role requires a strategic partner who can shape hiring briefs, manage complex searches, and tell our company story honestly to attract the right talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles from intake to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define outcomes, competencies, and interview loops
  • Source and engage passive candidates through communities, events, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a talent community through creative employer marketing and content
  • Improve interview processes, documentation, and hiring workflows
  • Manage hiring compliance, contracts, and background checks across multiple countries
