Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Quantexa is seeking a Software Engineer to join their R&D team to develop the next generation of products for their Contextual Decision Intelligence platform. You will work on core back-end services that process and analyze large volumes of data to detect suspicious activity for clients in fraud and financial crime. The role involves building scalable, distributed systems using functional programming and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions to complex problems.
• Apply a big-picture approach to ensure solutions integrate effectively within the wider system.
• Manage the full engineering life cycle from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Utilize DevOps tooling and approaches to support automation and development workflows.
