Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineering team is a specialized, customer-facing software engineering group that works with strategic customers to design, build, and productionize data and AI solutions. As an FDE, you will embed with customers to own the architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
• Design and develop fullstack applications spanning backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Deliver production-grade systems from data ingestion and transformation through ML/AI model integration.
• Embed with customer teams to engage with stakeholders and understand technical challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to scale impact across accounts.
