About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale IT projects of societal relevance using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, translate client requirements into IT solutions, and act as a Product Owner in agile setups. The role involves consulting clients on digital transformation and mentoring project management colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Realize large IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methods
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization potential and drive change management processes
• Mentor project management colleagues and develop the internal methodology toolset
