Implementation Specialist

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist at Hawk, you will transform customer requirements into functioning solutions for transaction monitoring, customer screening, and fraud detection. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process from contract signature to go-live, ensuring that regulatory obligations and risk factors are effectively translated into the platform. This role requires a blend of technical data mapping, project management, and subject matter expertise to help financial institutions improve their compliance and fraud prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer AML, fraud, and screening requirements and advise on best-practice configuration.
• Translate policies, screening algorithms, and regulatory requirements into the platform setup.
• Lead technical deployment and integration with customer systems via API or batch mechanisms.
• Support customers through testing, UAT, and the transition to a production environment.
• Deliver functional and technical training to customer teams.
• Plan and manage implementation projects from signature to go-live, ensuring timelines and scope are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation questions and issues.
• Document configuration decisions and reasoning for audit and regulatory purposes.
