About the role
Join a customer-facing engineering team building AI software for enterprise organizations. You will work directly with customers to understand complex operational challenges and design and ship practical software solutions that make a measurable difference.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites in the UK and internationally for up to 50% of your time to understand operational problems firsthand.
- Design, prototype, and ship production software quickly across customer environments and technology stacks.
- Partner with other forward deployed engineers and software engineers during customer engagements and pilots.
- Share customer insights and product feedback with the core engineering team to inform product development.
- Prepare and deliver software demonstrations and pilots for prospective customers in manufacturing, automotive, retail, and financial services.
