Accounting Success Manager

About the role

Rillet is seeking an Accounting Success Manager to own long-term relationships with customers after sales and implementation. You will partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Accounting Managers to deliver scalable, automated solutions on Rillet's AI platform. This role requires bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and real-world accounting needs to drive platform adoption and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships across your customer portfolio, run success plans, and hold recurring meetings to maximize value attainment of Rillet.
• Translate complex accounting challenges into automated workflows powered by Rillet’s AI platform.
• Bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and customer accounting needs, ensuring solutions meet real-world requirements.
• Lead trainings to ensure customers are continuously enabled on the platform, advise on process optimization and month-end close efficiency.
• Provide front-line customer feedback to founders and Product in close to real-time, triage support issues with Engineering, and ensure smooth account handoff with Implementation.
• Develop deep product expertise in Rillet’s AI-native platform, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionality.
• Apply high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to ensure every customer interaction is delightful.
