Analytics Engineer

About the role

Swap is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their team and help build a modern, scalable data architecture. You will be a key contributor responsible for creating models that power business insights and customer-facing agentic systems. This role involves working in a high-quality dbt project and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Scale the dbt project by shaping its architecture and CI/CD processes.
• Define data modelling strategy and maintain core, scalable, and trusted data models.
• Champion strong standards for data quality, PII governance, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to translate business questions into data requirements.
• Build and refine foundational data assets in Lightdash to enable self-service analytics.
