About the role

Metyis is seeking a Data Engineering Associate to join their Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam. The role involves engineering technical solutions for business challenges in digital marketing, e-commerce, and Business Intelligence while collaborating with data scientists and strategy consultants. You will design and build operational data platforms, including ETL pipelines and data lakes, to support client Big Data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engineer complete technical solutions to solve business challenges in digital marketing, e-commerce, and Business Intelligence.
• Collect functional and non-functional requirements while considering technical environments and business constraints.
• Design and build operational data platforms including ETL pipelines, data anonymization pipelines, data lakes, and streaming data hubs.
• Collaborate with partners, strategy consultants, and data scientists in an agile environment.
• Share data engineering knowledge through technical training and mentor team members.
