About the role

Metyis is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead technical roadmaps and oversee the architecture of data management, visualization, and analytics products. The role involves collaborating with data scientists to manage the full data lifecycle and coaching team members to deliver high-quality digital solutions. You will act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders to drive business impact through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, influence, and implement technical roadmaps for clients.
• Oversee architecture to ensure technical and non-technical components meet customer needs.
• Lead and develop digital operations using Python, Spark, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft Azure.
• Steer technical excellence and ensure consistency with digital frameworks and best practices.
• Coach and enable product team members to deliver best-in-class products.
• Deliver data platforms, insights, and products in collaboration with the data science team.
• Lead project activities and evaluate business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
