AP Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

The AP Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Specialist will own the data and reporting layer of the Accounts Payable function, building dashboards and KPI frameworks to provide real-time performance insights. Beyond reporting, the role involves leading end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives, identifying operational inefficiencies, and driving process changes. The specialist will partner with the Global AP SME and the broader team to ensure improvements align with global standards and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own AP reporting and dashboard management to maintain data accuracy and accessibility.
• Produce and interpret KPI reporting including on-time payment, aging, hold rates, and root cause analysis.
• Identify trends and anomalies in AP data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Build and maintain automated reporting workflows to reduce manual data handling.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from identification through to implementation and tracking.
• Collaborate with the Global AP SME to ensure process changes align with global standards.
• Document process changes and monitor the impact of improvements through data.
